This meditation uses breath and visualization to gently develop awareness of your pelvic floor.
With soothing guidance, you’ll be invited to lie down in a comfortable position, reconnect with the natural flow of breath in your torso, and begin to feel the beneficial relationship between the breath and your pelvic floor.
Breathing in this way improves the mobility and flexibility of your pelvic floor muscles, brings blood flow and oxygen to the tissues, and supports your nervous system - which, in turn, benefits all the processes in the body.
